There are mobile apps available for just about every subject you can think of, and photography apps are among the most used and popular. Bokeh (aka Boke) derives from the Japanese language and translates as blur.

Bokeh, bokeh, and more bokeh, this app works differently by applying virtual layers to your images. It doesn’t have as many features as the most popular photo editing apps, but it’s worth a whirl.
